I'm challenging myself to lose 5lbs this month
Currently, I'm doing JM 30DS (Today is day 4) and walking (3.5mph) for 20 minutes a day. Tomorrow (Feb. 1) I will be doing 30DS + 6wk6pk and jogging 40 minutes per day.
I can feel my stamina building every day and I AM NOT GOING TO LET MYSELF down this month. No excuses. Let's crack down and get the results we want!

NO SLACKING. NO "CHEATING". NO WHINING.
Our hard work can only produce results if it's genuine!

I am up for the challenge.
This Month I will lose five pounds.
I will jog for 45 minutes a day, Stay within my calories or less.0 -
I am going to create a goal to drink more water. I currently drink about 2 glasses a day. I will challenge myself to drink at least 4. I know that is not the recommended amount but I am doubling it for right now.
Also I will lose 4 lbs this month. The nurse at the school I work at says if you lose it slowly over time you are more likely to keep it off!
