Challenge for this week:

Mon-Fri I want women to burn 300 cals a day and men to burn 500 cals.

Cook one healthy new recipe under 500 cals per serving.

Try one workout you have never done (Cross fit, kickboxing,Yoga, Zumba, etc.)
