Hello All,
Been on the site 4 weeks now. Started off at just over 190lbs and would like to just get to 174'ish. Not as much as some out there I hear you say but a big achievement for me.
If I can hit the 174 then I might try push on from there to the sub 170 mark. Was doing well for the first 3 weeks when I lost 1kg or (2.2lbs for you yankees out there) each week. Last week for the 4th week I stayed steady with no weight loss but I'm still ahead of myself with 6.6lbs lost in 4 weeks.
