Finally 5lbs

I'm starting my fifth week and I have finally shed 5 pounds. I has such a huge smile on my face. I thought there was no hope...I had only lost 1lb then gained 4lbs(which I'm still trying to figure out how).



My mother gave me a challenge to cleanse my body of all bad toxins. So for a week I ate nothing but fruits and veggies and whole grain foods during the day and for dinner had a balanced meal of protein, veggies and a grain.



Now my body is responding to the exercise that I have been doing for five weeks...I'm going to keep it going for about another week of the cleansing. I didn't know that cleansing your body of toxins could actually help out in weight lose.

    Oh Yes! I do a juice/soup cleanse a few days every month. I really believe it helps me.
