I've been given the 30 day bootcamp book with DVD, tried the mat routines (ouch in a good way) but find the cardio dance a bit unstructured compared to other DVDs she doesn't speak so I'm just bouncing about copying her, has any one else tried it? I think I'll carry on with the toning excercises but jog with the dog for my cardio.

The diet seems very strict so will eat normally but within my recomended range.
