Sweat Points?

Has anyone played Just Dance 2 with a HRM and can tell me how many sweat points= how many calories?

    I have never used a heart rate monitor while doing Just Dance 2, and the exact amount burned according to a HRM would vary greatly depending on the person wearing the HRM, however, what I personally do is log it under dancing, general and shave off a few calories from what it says I would have burned there. I usually estimate low. If you want an exact, you may want to look into a HRM. Good luck! And hopefully some others will have more input!
