    Hi, Chloe, Welcome!

There is so much good information on these posts - look through them...if you have any specific concerns or questions, someone usually knows the answer.
    My top three tips:

    1. Log every bite of food you eat
    2. Eat small portions of healthy food every 2-3 hours, or six times a day
    3. Drink water - lots of it

    Good luck!

    Welcome Chloe!

    advice? What Cheryl said.

only thing I could add would be, see if you
can get out there and exercise a few times
a week, and try to up the exercise (time or speed or intensity depending on what you do)
every week by just a little bit. It helps a lot with the heart and firming up as well.

Definitly exercise as Mr. Banks has said. I was letting my doctor know of my 'life changes' lately and was informed by her that 60 minutes per day is recommended for a healthy heart. This was quite a bit more than I had thought.
