I have been working on losing weight since August 2010. I finally reached my first mini goal of losing 25 lbs! I didn't really notice much of a difference until I put the pictures side-by-side. I thought I could show people as an inspiration.
I didn't cut sweets or sodas out of my diet. I did limit them though. I do cardio 4 days a week and strength training with a personal trainer 2 days a week. I try my best to drink my 8 cups of water...although I will admit that I do have issues getting all of it. I actually started cooking more with helps cut down tremendously on calories!
