Insanity 1/29--my own spin on it

Not here to make excuses but have been off the workout scene for a couple of months and maintained weight really well and then.... holidays came around and my husband came home and everything went out the window so 7lb weight gain later and the fact that I can't afford to by new clothes if I gain anymore, plus I really miss working out I'm at it again. I'm doing Insanity to kick my butt in 2 months. But due to my insane chaotic schedule I'm only doing 4 days a week rather than 6. My work out days are Sat,Sun,Tues,Thurs. 4 days are better than no days. So this past weekend was the start of the program and man a few months off the wagon kicked my butt for real It felt so good though.
Now I must snap my eating back in order, start drinking my water again, and stick to my workouts, not to mention lose the 7lbs I gained plus the rest that I had wanted to lose.
