Accurate Calorie Counter?

Question to all of the ladies (or gents) out there who rely on Workout DVDs for exercise. Do you find that the calorie counter is accurate for dance based dvds? Because I love Juilanne Hough's Cardio Ballroom and Just Dance! But I feel like I am burning more than 188 calories when I do it. I am literally dripping sweat by the end.

Any input?
