Where to start?

I'm finally getting back to the gym after a couple of months without working out. I've noticed that I've got new problem areas. I used to focus all of my attention on my abs, but I think they're actually looking pretty good. Now I'm interested in toning up my thighs and butt and getting rid of the cellulite and jiggle. Does anyone have any suggestions for cardio that works those areas? I know running intervals will probably work, but since I haven't worked out in so long, I don't think I can handle that quite yet. What else could I do? Does anyone have suggestions for something that worked really well for them?
