Has anyone else noticed that many foods do not have the correct calories on it. I have been coming up with this the last few days. Yesterday it was French Bread Pizza the box said 390 and on here it was 380. Today it was a Healthy Choice Steamer that was 390 and on here it was 345. Just wondering if its just the foods I'm eating or if many are incorrect..

Many are incorrect. I always use the product packaging for my info. Somethings if there are multiples you can find the right one. You can also create foods and use your own name and put them in so that they are readily available to you when you are enterning them in.
I hope this helps.0 -
different brands have different nutritional info ... what I usually do is check it against the box, and if it's not the same, I'll go ahead and add it! So, it's a little of both. If you have the nutritional info in front of you ... go by that!0

I usually always double check. The tracker gives you the option to confirm it is accurate and/or update with the correct info. I have been updating any incorrect nutritional info when I come across it. I believe it is all entered by members, so I am sure there will be some typos in there.0

You have to remember that the information on this site is provided by other users. When you enter a food that is in the system, before adding it to your food log there is a small blue typeset that says nutritional value that you can click on and review the information. If it is correct you can confirm it, if it is incorrect, you can edit it. If a food indicates it has been confirmed by ++ others, than typically you can have more faith in its accuracy. We each play a role in making sure the information on MFP is accurate. And we only cheat ourselves if we enter incorrect information.0

There are alot of items that are entered incorrectly.
I've found alot of food listed at less than it is, and alot of exercise that is listed as burning more than it does. Gotta becareful0 -
You're best bet is to plug the info in yourself if you are uncertain. And get a heart rate monitor to make sure you are logging the right amount of calories burned.0
