30 day shred...

I'm starting the 30 day shred today with jillian micheals..i was wondering what to put it under for exercise? i can't seem to find it on there...

    Put it under circuit training, and its for 26 minutes

    if you don't have a HRM, circuit training 27 minutes it is.
