On Friday I hit my two weightlifiting goals:
One rep max Bench Press of 200lbs
One rep max Squat of 300lbs

I had set these goals 3 months prior when my max was Bench 165lb and Squat 225lb.

A lot of persistence, patience, and support of my personal trainer and friends made it possible!
Now, time to set some new goals!

    Brilliant work.

You will be suprised at how much you can actually lift if you keep pushing. You'll be at a 250lb bench before you know it.

I reckon your progression on the squat will be quicker though and you will be up at 400 before your increased bench...

Wow! Your profile says you're at 154 pounds BW? That's stupendous work! You should be very proud. And I agree with msf74 - next thing you know, you'll be topping that easy! Keep it up!
