Hello...
I am nursing my 4 month old daughter... But I am not really adding more calories to my diet... My milk supply seems to be doing just fine and I take 2 Flintstones as my doctor recommended... Is there any harm in the way I am eating?? Should I be adding more calories really?

@ the beginng I added breastfeeding into my food intake & it actually credits you the calories back. My baby is 8 months old and I nurse 2xs a day, so it was adding 200 more calories a day for me. You do burn tons of calories BFing. If I was exclusively BFing then yes, I would add it onto my daily intake.. but since I dont do it as much, I just consider it a part of my everday routine.0
