Most of it makes me chuckle. After all of this time, and all the money spent. Eating properly, and moving more is the only thing that works. Imagine that.
The article states that 2/3 of Americans are over-weight or obese. I thought it was closer to 1/3. Anyone have any up to date statistics on this?

1/3 of Americans are just overweight, not obese. Another 1/3 of Americans are obese (and thus also overweight). If you combined the two, it's actually 2/3.

Ouch! I guess I'm apart of this statistic too.
So in other words....we should strive to NOT be normal.0 -
americans love convienence... if it says you can lose 10lbs in ten days we buy it. lol perhaps this is why we fail?0
