I got a heat rash yesterday from tanning. every where I read says to not sweat until the heat rash goes away. Does that mean I shouldn't work out???
Also, does anyone have any helpful hints for making the rash go away??

I used to get heat rash all the time when I work outside. Some times it's not feasalbe to not sweat. I use gold bond powder to keep it as dry as possible and it helps with the itch. I would also were a men A shirt (wife beater) under my sports bra so it would not rub. I got theat rash most often on my bell and chest. Shower as soon after sweating as soon as possible. Good luck!0

I don't like how powder "cakes" so I simply use Triple Antibiotic gel And then shower a.m. and night until it's healed up.
Soaking in a bathtub in Cornstarch water seemed to help me in the lower region area - these thunder thighs I swear are going to catch fire some day!
Good Luck to you -don't let ANYTHING stop you from your workout!:happy:0
