Ab Coaster...

Has anyone tried the Ab Coaster (advertised by Montel Williams)? I am considering getting one but am very skeptical!

Please let me know all of the pro/cons, and if you've had any success!!

    Looks like bs, unless your already at 10% body fat or less. Spot toning doesn't work, especially for abs. At least not for me or anyone I know.
