How do I input that in exercise?? WE walk but we also use hand weights

You have to go into exercise and create it yourself. I don't think it will tell you the calories burned since it's not already pre-programmed so you will have to enter your own time and calories burned. A heart rate monitor will do that for you.0

I don't have a heart rate monitor.......bummer. I ended up putting it as low impact aerobics0
