Rotisserie chicken fat?

I just bought a perdue oven roasted rotisserie chicken but it says there is 12 grams of fat in a 3 oz serving...how??

They probably added some type of fat during the cooking process (oil, butter, maybe both).0

It may include the skin, chicken skin is full of fat.0

Rotisseirie chickens still have the skin on. I always take the skin off when using it in dishes.0

I think it is a combination of both----the skin was drenched in butter or oil before cooking. Definitely ditch that skin and wipe off that excess fat. Its the best you can do0
