This is a new week

I have been having a really difficult time staying below my daily calories due to business travel. I am a super picky eater and not very open to new things so I tend to go right to the known on the menu. I have vowed to make this work for me this week and skip some of the high calorie items or at least eat less of them. I have a hard time not finishing my plate esp in a restaurant and I know I need to stop that thinking. Will be looking for support this week ! I am also going to drink more water as I know I need it. Any encouragement would be great !

if you are a picky eater, then you should have no problem telling your serve to not use butter or sauce on your chicken or fish, and just have plain seasoned chicken or fish????

Hopefully you eat veggies and you can tell your server to keep the fries and load up on the veggies.

If you are eating out on the company's dime, you should not feel guilty about leaving food behind--its not like you are paying for it (hopefully you are not).

I go out to eat once a week but I tell the server exactly how I want my meal served so that it does not ruin my plan to achieve optimal health.
