So I find that when I am working out with up beat fun music I tend to push myself further and burn more calories. I think this is because I have my music up loud and I can kind of escape the fact that Im working out and I get out of my head (because I am my own worst enemy). So Ive decided to update my ipod! Any suggestions on songs that are up beat and good to work out to?

I like hopping on Last.FM or Pandora and starting with an artist that I know fires me up. It's a great way to get a playlist together :-).0
