So I find that when I am working out with up beat fun music I tend to push myself further and burn more calories. I think this is because I have my music up loud and I can kind of escape the fact that Im working out and I get out of my head (because I am my own worst enemy). So Ive decided to update my ipod! Any suggestions on songs that are up beat and good to work out to?

I like hopping on Last.FM or Pandora and starting with an artist that I know fires me up. It's a great way to get a playlist together :-).
  • If you like country, Eric Church's "Smoke a Little Smoke" is a great one!

oh my love this post! If it weren't for my ipod I wouldn't work out.
I love the new Black Eyed Peas album (The E.N.D.)
Also Red Hot Chilli Peppers are great to rock out to (All my life is a great workout kickoff)
Ludacris (Get Back, and Stand Up)
Britney Spears has a great beat to many songs, perfect for the treadmill
    No Doubt
    Beyonce

I love to get songs I want to dance to. It makes working out go so fast! You can message me if you want and I can tell you all of my playlist!

Not to everyones taste but i like the beats to keep me moving.

Rammstein, Gamma Ray, Helloween, Judas Priest, Slipknot

Bit more mainstream, I quite like Leona Lewis' stuff also been listening to Journey and some Metric as well
