Stretching/Flexibility Exercises

Just curious; what does everybody do to improve their flexibility. I find that my back is really tight and it gets sore easily. I am looking for specific exercises that I can do at home or at my desk that doesn't require a workout video.

I try to do Pilates at least once a week via video. When I travel I tend to do Yoga since most of the hotels show it on their in-house FITTV.

I usually stretch for 30 minutes after I do a work out and/or before I go to sleep. My back also gets very sore and stiff if I don't stretch enough. My routine usually includes various stretches that I had learned in high school and that people have shown me. If you google back stretches it will come up with some great results.

Also here are a few other good stretches to know, in the first picture she is actually doing it wrong (she's hugging her right leg but looking the wrong way). But if you read the description it will explain how to do it.
