Going over carbs with fruit

Should I be worried if I'm going over my carb intake on some days even though most of it is fruits?
I'm always eating lots of fruits and veggies and especially apples, sometimes I have 2 in a day and it skyrockets my carbs. Like today, I'm having 3, I had one with breakfast, one for a snack and then I had an apple as part of my lunch. Now I only have 13 carbs left for the day and I don't really know what to do.
