mfp warns you if you haven't eaten enough calories in a day. but does it do the same if you eat too many?
i was just wondering what is an "ok" amount to go over on calories every so often, but will still result in weightloss
i rarely go over, but today i am about 70 calories over and the question was triggered....

I don't know if they have one set.
70 calories? I think you're ok. Haahaa.
Jump up and down a few times to burn it off.

I am over 125 right now. (Before exercise)

I have a 500 calorie deficit set up. The way I look at it, I can eat up to 500 calories over my goal and not gain weight (I won't lose it very fast, if at all, either, but that's MY problem).0
