I was watching Dr. Oz today and here is a time table on the best time of the day to :
6:30am Weigh yourself
6:35am Exercise (before breakfast) He put an example on there that makes sence. You burn fat (he placed a stick of butter on a frying pan), if you eat breakfast first it takes longer to get to the fat (he placed a piece of bread on a frying pan and a stick of butter on top of the bread). Makes sence!
7:30am Breakfast
8:00am Metabolisim boost
10:00am Grocery shop (You are full from breakfast and are stable)
12:00 Lunch
6:15pm Fiber supplements (15 min before you eat)
6:30pm Supper (At least 3 hours before you go to bed.)

I'm guessing this is the schedule outline for the unemployed? lol 10am grocery shopping and 6:30 dinner? I'd personally love to live in that world. But at 10am I'm at work at at 6:30pm I'm lucky if I'm just barely getting home from work.
I get the idea though, it's just not really viable for most schedules, I wouldn't think. Even for someone getting home early enough to have dinner ready by 6:30 would probably need to be starting their workout even earlier than that to get to work on time in the morning.0 -
Not for the working class, is it? lol0
