I came to MFP by way of the Android app, and was amazed by how easy it was to use and how disciplined I was while using it. It's only been a week, but it has been a great way to keep track of my goals! I think this is site is great and I look forward to encouraging others and discussing health here!

    Yeah can't beat the scanner...and it actually works, unlike most I've seen!

    And the database here is really awesome. I've looked for some left-field stuff (Bolthouse products) and it had them all, with proper information.
