"A New Me" Group's February Fitness Challenge

For the month of February, our fitness challenge is to work out at least 20 days.

This challenge is open to anyone who wants to join. We just keep a running tally of the month's workouts. For example, the first person who reports their workout will copy this and post it (replacing "Person's name here" with his or her actual name, of course):

REMINDER: Please be sure you get everybody's name copied when you're updating the list. Please keep this reminder on as well. Thank you!

[Person's name here] - 1

The next person will copy the post, add their name to the list, and so on. When you do your next workout for the month, just copy the most recent post (so nobody's numbers get lost) and update your number.

    I am in but tomorrow I need to bring my dad to the eye dr so I will not beagle to workout:( but I will be back at it the next day.

    I just decided to stop doing the weight loss challenges because I can't seem to lose weight regardless of my major workouts and watching what I eat. So, I'm trying to focus on fitness. Thanks for this challenge.
