good advice makes sense!!!!!!!

1 of my main probs, 4 not beable 2 lose wt , ( at least a lb or 2 every wk ) i found out is this:::::::
becuz of the high amount of excersise i get/ & calories burned ups my calorie diet... depending on how much excersise i do, at the end of the day when all is said & done; i end up with 500 - as much as a 1000 eatable calories left. 1 of my co-workers is a personal trainer 4 bally's, & our dietian told this is what i gotta do......
1) eat smart, fruits & veggies, lean meats, etc.... okkkkk we alll know we need 2 do this!!!
2) eat 6 tymes a day ( i do )
my diet is approx 1370....
with all the excersise i do daily, they tell me that this would bring me up 2 sayyyy, 2200 calories....
then u break it up like this!!!!!!!
breakfast
500 calories max
snack 1
200 calores max
lunch
500 calories max
snack 2
200 calories max
dinner
500 calores max
snack 3
200 calories
thid adds up to 2100 calories
arron ( trainer ) said then what u do is, jus like plannin what u gonna eat, plan what excersise u gonna do 2; write it down, commit 2 do it>>>>

so i am gonna try & do jus that as of tommorrow..............

    ty for posting...I'm having a difficult time tryin to use up all my cals towards the end of the day....

    OK. I tried to read this but had to give up after the first several lines because I can't read text in teenage texting typing. "4" on a keyboard is not quicker then typing "for".
