I just found this online, thought it might help. You put in your weight, and how long you do each exercise for. I just put in 30 mins for everything, and used that as a starting point. It is a very detailed list, most of the things on there I will not track, but I figured it would help when putting in your exercise log for how many calories you burned since it is based on your personal weight.
