New Motivation

Well so far I've lost 26lbs since September (start weight 201 down to 175). Well here lately even though I've done okay staying in my suggested calorie intake I've been really laxed about exercising since about mid December. Well now have a BIG BIG motivation. If everything works out we will be going to visit a friend doing a study in England and traveling with her to Italy. So as of this morning I kicked off my second round of the 30 Day Shred using heaver weights this time. I just want to loose as much as I can in a healthy way before we leave. I would like to not hate every photo I see my self in for the first time in a long time. The photos from a motorcycle trip back in April 2010 were one of my motivations for starting this to begin with. Wish me luck as I get serious about exercising once again.

Kudos for you accomplishments so far! We all need something to keep us motivated; glad you have this trip to look forward too and to focus on as you continue on your weight loss journey. Kick it up and work the 30 day shred and I know you will be happy with your results! Keep eating healthy and drink lots of water while watching your sodium intake!0
