Hi all!
My mom is a registered dietitian and told me about this author, Nancy Clark, because she is a dietitian and specializes in sports nutrition. So, anyone working out to lose weight, tone up, or gain muscle and not fat, NEEDS to read her book! She has a masters of science in nutrition, and is actually qualified to give nutrition and diet advice.

    "Once A Runner" is a fantastic book. Great for motivation, or just a nice read.
