We went grilling, great afternoon, wonderful company, weak me.

I know that will happen every once in a while.
I'll get back to my routine and I'll think about how I could avoid that next time.

Been there and done that myself ! :ohwell: :ohwell: Changing our eating habits ect..ect.. does not happen over night. It is a process. At least you enjoyed the grill.
And you have a good positive attitude about it. You will be back on track quickly I believe. Best of wishes on your goals!
