Hey all!
New email, new myfitnesspal account since I forgot my username & password on top of it all
You can assume I have been "off the wagon", yes.
I already know what works for me, I just have been finishing my Masters & going through a rough time with my spouse & lost all motivation to care about the exercise (always the first thing that goes). I haven't lost or gained anything since stopping though; I'm pretty stable, I don't eat terribly really but I could do without a few hot wings at happy hour or maybe smaller portions when I eat out. Main issue is I'm just inconsistent with my exercise. I've always responded pretty well to strength exercise and a few sprint sets a week, so I know if I can just maintain a routine I can see the results, Its just hard starting over again when I was SO CLOSE to my goal not long ago! I'm sure my story is the same as most people's so I know it's not an impossible feat- just gotta do it!
I started just by looking at this week. The meal plan isn't much less than I already eat (I may be over like 200 cals most days) but I know I have to cut out the Starbucks trips in the morning & eat something better instead. If I replace it with EXERCISE it's never been an issue- its sitting in the house before work doing nothing that the "Hey, I'll go to Starby's" pops in.
20 lbs, thats the goal- really it doesnt matter if its exactly 20, I just want to lose 1-2 pants sizes & tone up- I'm not really overweight, but man, bikini season is rough when you know what you COULD have looked like if you juuuuuust tried a little.
Wish me luck!
