Hi I'm a newbie on this site..

I have 3 boys and my youngest is nearly 9mnths old. Definately harder to lose the weight after number 3!! Not that I have too much to worry about but would be nice to fit my favourite jeans once again!

I'm doing the whole food and exercise dairy (but) I'm still breastfeeding so don't want to obsess too much about the whole food side of things (except for eating more healthy of course) So how many extra cals should I include in the day because of breastfeeding??hmm Maybe I will not worry about it but track the exercise side of things..

Anyone else here still breastfeeding and trying to slowly get the extra weight off?
