i would love the be a bikini model + lengerie model, so i really need to lose this weight! i wish i had more self control, it's hard to eat good all the time.

    I'm not to far off from you. I don't know your height though. I'm 5'4. My goal is also to look like a model, like fredricks of hollywood type look. I'm aiming for my hs weight, well one of them (i varied alot between 105-135) I'd like to be 115 lbs and well toned. first just loosing the weight I gained from after my hubby came back from his 6 month training (i lost 15 lbs for him, then gained a ton back after) maybe 15-20 lbs to start. before spring.
  • i'm 5ft 7in + i've looked up how much i should weight if i was to be a model for my height + its 58kg (127lbs). i'm hoping to be curvy + toned :) i'm hoping to lose 15kg in the next 3 months (i'm going to be moving to the beach in 3 months and want to be bikini ready)

    You CAN do it!!!

    I know I will never be a bikini model, i have big bones and larger frame, but I do want to feel more comfortable in myself and look decent in a bikini... especially when I go to singapre in May!...right now its muffin tops eat your heart out!
  • i'm tall and have a slightly small frame, and i only put weight on around my middle, unless i have ALOT of extra weight. so i have a huge stomach and slim legs + arms, i look rediculous and heaps bigger then i am because you can see all the weight. i HATE muffin top. it's horrible + dangerous, people who put weight around their middle have more of a chance of heart attacks, thats another reason i really want to this weight.
