Hey! So, I really want to change up my workouts... I've got 8lbs. dumbbells, a resistance cord, and a yoga mat. lol Any suggestions on creative work outs that I could do?

So far, I walk a lot, I do lateral lifts, bicep curls, and basic yoga from On Demand! lol This is starting to get ooold!

  • I read fitness magazine and have checked out their website before. They have a lot of easy workouts and exercise moves you could try with the equipment you have.
  • Have you tried the P90X routines? I am doing them and they are really tough but they always show you what to do for your level or as I like to call it the cheater moves. I also enjoy Zumba. It is super fun and you get to dance. My gym has a class a couple times a week. I thought I saw a Zumba on Demand and there is a WII Zumba out too.

    I have no bike! :/ haha but since that does seem like a fun workout, I could just borrow a friend's bike every Friday or something! :) THANKS!!!
