Movie and Mexican

I friend of mine asked me to a movie then Mexican food tomorrow. I got on here trying to figure out what I can eat but it's not looking so good. Any suggestions?

Ceviche (shrimp salad), avocado tostadas with chicken are also good, just don't eat the entire shell. I would stay away from tortillas though, they have too many calories.

beef, pinto beans, mixed vegetables, and eguacamole.

Fajita bol (peppers, onions, steak, tomato salsa, green tomatillo salsa, cheese, sour, cream, guacamole, romaine lettuce)

That is what I would be getting but I normally take off the cheese cause I don't really like it.
