I posted a question awhile ago regarding strength training and earning calories. I wanted to know if I do strength training do I need to eat more calories. Someone mentioned that if I enter my strength training in the cardio section in the exercise page that it will tell you how many calories were burned. However, when I add them there they do not give me any calories, am I doing something wrong??
Thanks for all your help!!

Okay, I just went and did it to make sure I was telling you right. Enter your strength training under cardio. It's there. I use it every day.0

:flowerforyou: I was actually trying to enter the individual exercises, such as bicep curls and crunches and that wasn't giving extra calories. Now I see that you mean actually typing strength training.
Thank you very much!0
