the EA Active 2... i tried it today and started the 9wk program.... it kinda kicked butt, was more difficult than I thought... I am not that out of shape even for a big girl, I teach martial arts classes as a blackbelt so Im pretty flexible and can keep up with the more fit individuals when free sparring... just want to see what others think about it or how other critique this activity.... but hey it was hell-a-fun... any comments

    I did the 3 week cardio challenge first and just started the 9 week program (doing day 3 tomorrow) and I love it. It makes me sweat and it burns calories and generally doesn't take more then 30 to 40 min max to get through a session which is perfect for me.
