Hi

I know i should be drinking 8 glasses of water a day - I would just like to know what size glasses is this based on? Does anyone know?

8 - 8oz glasses ... or the equivalent of 64 oz!

Hi, I use a metric cup of water which is 250ml... hope this helps!

its 8oz of water...i think thats equivalent to 250ml

If you wanna eyeball it, it's equivalent to a low ball glass (not the tall ones).
