Everytime I look at this picture I will remember why I am on this journey. I will NEVER again look like this, feel like that or be heavier than my husband. I truely did not like myself and will not go back to that ugly place in my life. I still have a way to go but I no longer HATE the mirror or myself. I am proud of how far I have come and now know I can do it. So everyone out there struggling, hang in there. It works and can be done.

    I know exactly how you feel! I put a "fat pic" of myself as wallpaper on my cell phone. Every time I look at my phone I see me 34 lbs ago (maybe even more since I had lost about 10 lbs before I came here). Great motivation!!!
