So I've been on MFP for about a month now and have been lurking around the boards but never posted or introduced myself.

My name is Stephanie from Upstate NY, I'm 25 years old and I'm just looking to get back to my pre-college weight of 125 so I'm not really looking to lose a lot of weight. I mainly want to eat healthier so I have more energy throughout the day and I also want to focus on some strength training as well since I have lost a lot of my muscle I used to have when I was in school sports.

I've loved looking around at nutrition and fitness suggestions! I used to use mydailyplate.com but this is much easier to use and I love the community boards as well. I hope to post more as I go along.
