OMG! I lost my first pound!! I am so excited. I guess its kind of dorky to be ranting over 1 measly pound, but whatever...it feels glorious - and I know my fellow MFPers can understand the sensation.

    Congrats to you!!! I know how it feels!!!! I have lost 17 lbs in 7 weeks and I am ecstatic......Keep going !!!!!!

    I used to think a pound was nothing either...until I compared it to like 4 sticks of butter, a pound of sugar, and looking at a pound of raw meat!!!:noway: You'd be surprised how that little pound and his friends :laugh: will make you feel so wonderful later on! Keep up the great work! :happy:

    A pound is a pound but after a while 1 pound will become 2 then 3 and so on. I'm so happy for you.
