seriously, i cannot believe how much food i ate for breakfast all for 200 calories! listen to this, you'll be amazed...

an egg beater omelet with fat free american cheese, mushrooms, green peppers, onions, and tomatoes. (a whole whopping 81 calories haha). a piece of sara lee whole grain bread with sugar free jelly (55 calories), a half of an apple (35 calories) and a huuuuge glass of iced coffee (about 40 calories)

i can hardly move im so full! mmmm gotta love those healthy choices!
