A week and a half to go!
Went to weights class yesterday and did everything but dead lifts. I know these are supposed to work your hamstrings, but I feel they do go into the back a little, especially if you do them wrongly. Had a good time. It was a packed class! I'll start going twice a week again starting next week.
Today is walking and movie watching - I should get my next movies in the mail today and my sister loaned me some as well. I haven't done the BL since I got back, maybe tomorrow or Sunday...

Good Morning!
I did nothing yesterday -- my sister was sick and I went to her place to help out with her newborn and make dinner for the family and that took all day. I didn't keep my calories too healthy either and i"m pretty sure I went wayyyyy over my 1200 allotted. Ugh. I'm annoyed with myself right now.
Today:
~ Power sculpting class
~ Cardio for 40 minutes
~ Goal is to burn 900 calories
~ Take my vitamins, drink my water

Today is my day off, but I still managed to get in a half hour walk with my pack on.
So, consequently, I also got about 10 minutes of stretching in afterwards. . .
I hate "non-exercise" days, as I can't be satisfied even at maintenance calories without the "extra" exercise calories.

Hi all. Not much exercise except pacing yesterday. Brother-in-law ended up with a quadruple bypass but is on the mend and all is as well as can be expected.
Today I did the Shred again. Still at level 2-thinking I will try level 3 on Monday....yesterday eating was the worst it has been since October due to circumstance, but I'm back on the wagon today.
On a lighter note and something I will NEVER let my sister live down-she and I, along with her three teenaged daughters were sitting in the waiting area chatting. Another woman began chatting with us and asked my sister if "all four of the girls" were her daughters....I am three years OLDER than my sister. I spent the rest of the afternoon calling her Mom...she didn't see the humor....:laugh: :grumble:0
