Im stuck home today and cycle class is cancelled due to ice storm - I broke out the mini trampoline for 20 minutes - I dont see it in the database anywhere. Any ideas?

Look online and you can find an exercise calculater and will tell you how many calories your burned0

It does burn, I know that. I use it when I do my interval training but I wear a HRM monitor so I just put down whatever it tells me. Wish I could help, but just know you are definitely getting a good burn on that baby.0

I have a HRM that I wear when I jump on my fitness trampoline at home.
I looked on my exercise log and the last time I used it I burned 222 cals in 40 min.
It depends on your weight, age and heaight as well.

Thank you! I lternated jumping jacks, with jumping (think downhill skiing motion) side to side. I think Ill just do it in intervals throughout the day and some planks, crunches, and free wieghts. I hate not having my normal routine. DANG this weather lol0
