it off this time!! I seem to yo-yo with 20 pounds every year, but I am so tired of it!! So, the day after Christmas I started tracking my food and exercise here!! Unfortunately my phone did not download to my account here so I had to start over with my tracking and resetting my account on my phone!!

However, I am down overall about 10 pounds (going between 10 and 8 pounds for the last week). My biggest problems are eating lunch out every day with my best friend and leaving my house at 6:45am, working till 5:50pm, then going straight to class till 10pm. So I wouldn't eat all day, pig out at lunch and then at night when I got home right before bed. However since starting this site I have been packing my lunches and snacks to work and when I do go out I am careful of what I pick! Plus having the calories now listed on menus is so much nicer!! lol

So that's it. Just trying to get back down where I was last summer and keeping it off!!
