SO FRUSTRATED!!!

My usual MO these days is to do REALLY well for a week and then completely fall off the wagon. So I lose about 1-2 lbs and then gain 4 or 5 back. You don't need to be a math genius to figure out that this is not going to work for long. I am now the heaviest I have ever been and more frustrated than ever. I just talked to my sister who just informed me that she has lost 14 pounds in 3 weeks on Weight Watchers. I have to find a way to STAY motivated and not derail myself all the time.

Any tips?
