Hello everyone, just wondering if anyone can help me with something. I've been really into the 30 day shred video and am not completely sure what to enter in for a form of exercise? I don't have a heart rate monitor which is kind of silly I know, but just wondering if anyone else out there has figured it out? Would it be circuit training?
Thanks for the help.

I usually enter it in as high impact aerobics for 25 minutes and use the calculations it gives me. Hope this helps!

Before I got my HRM I would enter it as circuit training. MFP overestimates the calories for sure though. It would tell me I burned around 230-240 (I think, it's been a while), but when I did it a week ago wearing the HRM I only burned around 180 doing level 3. I would highly suggest getting a HRM...best fitness investment you can make!

I googled the calories burned and added my own exercise. It said it generally burns 176 calories. I used a hrm once and I was burning like 480 though! Soooooo I really want to just get a new hrm!

I had the opposite problem, I was burning consistently more than MFP estimated. I second needing a HRM!

I 3rd the HRM. No more guessing if I am doing enough or the opposite and doing too much!
